Niger's 100-megawatt Heavy-oil Power Plant Project
It was started in April 2015, with a period of 36 months. The fuel came from nizinder refinery.About 10,000 cubic tons were transshipped through ktonou port in benin, and greenford was responsible for the clearance and delivery of overseas land transportation to the project site and application for Niger duty-free documents.
