Greenroad International Logistics and DRC Central Province Sign Memorandum of Agreement on Cooperation

On July 6, 2023, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Agreement on cooperation between the Central Province of the DRC and Greenroad International Logistics was held in Shanghai. Mr. GUY BANDU NDUNGIDI, the governor of DRC Central Province and Ms. Xu Qun, the chairman of Greenroad signed the agreement on behalf of both side.

Before the ceremony, the governor of the Central Province of the DRC and his delegation had a discussion with the management team of Greenroad International Logistics, while the two sides had a good business interaction and communication with the executives of China Water Resources and Hydropower 14th Engineering Bureau and China Civil Engineering Group Co.

Mr. GUY BANDU NDUNGIDI, the governor and Mr. Jokay Kayenga, the first secretary of the Central Province of Congo, had a friendly meeting with Chairman Xu Qun and Executive Vice President Wang Hao. Chairman Xu Qun firstly introduced the 25 years development history and 15 years overseas layout and business development of Greenroad International Logistics, shared the successful cases of deep development of China-Africa logistics and trade over the years, and emphasized that Greenroad has cultivated a large number of professional and technical talents in the global logistics field.

Mr. GUY BANDU NDUNGIDI emphasized the importance of cooperation between China and DRC and said that the development of trade between the two countries needs the support of Greenroad's strong logistics network. We hope that with the signing of MOA, the two sides can cooperate in more aspects and in a broader scope to continuously promote the trade between China and DRC and China and Africa.

After meeting with the DRC presidential delegation in May and inviting the DRC ambassador to attend the Global Supply Chain New Ecology Development Forum in June, this is the third time that Greenroad has exchanged views with the relevant departments of the DRC government this year. The signing of MOA is a milestone in the cooperation process between the two sides.

In the future, Greenroad will participate in the project of improving the operation capacity of DRC shipping companies, helping DRC's infrastructure construction and the development of trade between China and Congo, and the DRC government will give Greenroad necessary support in market access and customs clearance operation. We look forward to a win-win cooperation and common development in the field of logistics and supply chain in the futurxe.
