The 3rd China-Africa Economic And Trade Expo was successfully concluded at the International Convention and Exhibition Center from June 29th to July 2nd. Greenroad International Logistics was invited to participate in the event and promote cooperation with multiple parties. At the event, Greenroad International Logistics signed a cooperation agreement with China-Africa Development Fund and held a signing ceremony to jointly promote the high-quality development of China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.
China-Africa Development Fund Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China-Africa Fund") is an equity investment fund announced by the Chinese government in 2006 at the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), which aims to encourage and support Chinese enterprises to go global and carry out investment and cooperation with Africa. The main investment areas include infrastructure, capacity cooperation, agriculture and livelihood, and energy and mining resources.
Greenroad International Logistics and China-Africa Fund signed a memorandum of cooperation on strengthening investment and financing cooperation in logistics supply chain projects in Africa, and both sides will focus on Africa as the key cooperation region, with the goal of serving the construction of "One Belt and One Road" and ensuring the security of China-Africa logistics industry chain and supply chain, and jointly promote the implementation of projects.
In the future, the two sides will rely on Africa's resource endowment to enhance local agricultural deep processing capacity; build cluster bases to construct a full industrial chain supporting system; improve infrastructure and other hardware conditions to crack bottlenecks in capacity cooperation and equipment "going out", and jointly promote Chinese enterprises to "go out". The two sides will actively implement the "Belt and Road Initiative" and "China-Africa Cooperation", and promote practical cooperation and mutual benefit.
The two sides will actively implement the "Belt and Road" initiative and the "Nine Projects" of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, give full play to their respective advantages, support and encourage Chinese enterprises to invest in Africa, introduce Chinese capital, technology, equipment and management experience into Africa, and achieve Complementary advantages and win-win cooperation.
